1:20 there's nothing wrong with having your dog sleep in a cage. We do it at our house. But you gotta put down a mat. You can't just let the dog sleep on a bare cage floor! It's probably uncomfortable! We also like to put a blanket over the cage, so that the dogs don't have any distractions when their trying to go to sleep.
